In this group class, open to all levels, you practice your technique on a heavy bag. It’s conditionally demanding, and teaches you the more basic, as well as advanced techniques. Each class starts with approximately 15 minutes of warming up and stretching. You work in a couple or alone, but always under the guidance of a trainer.
Bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps. These bandages are not mandatory but recommended for extra protection of hands and wrists.
